Road access is one of the most important factors influencing attractiveness of the property. Taking into account that road constructions in Warsaw agglomeration are intensively carried out on a large scale, we expect that attractiveness of particular areas of agglomeration would be re-oriented. There is no doubt that attractiveness of areas affected by carried out and planned investments shall increase significantly.
